By accessing and using this image editing application (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a free, browser-based image editing tool that allows users to:

  • Upload and edit images entirely within their web browser
  • Apply filters, adjustments, and effects to images
  • Resize images for various social media platforms
  • Add watermarks and text overlays
  • Export images in multiple formats (PNG, JPEG, WebP)

All image processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to your images.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not use the Service to process images that violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Not use the Service to process images that infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Not use the Service to create, edit, or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content

  • Not use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all rights to images you upload and process through the Service. We claim no ownership or rights to your content.

The Service itself, including its design, code, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
